Dylan Taylor

Dylan arranges and facilitates buying, selling, refinancing, and managing residential real estate throughout British Columbia. Dylan also advises clients on mortgage transactions, contracts, and tenancy disputes. In addition to his real estate practice, Dylan assists clients with their estate planning needs.
Dylan works closely with his clients to ensure that he has accurately and fully explained the intricacies and complexities that may arise during their transaction. He is committed to reducing the stress associated with the purchase, sale, or refinance of real estate. As such, Dylan prides himself on being available to answer his client’s questions before, during, and after the closing of a transaction. Dylan completed his JD at Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law (TRU) in 2020. As a law student, Dylan was the recipient of the Dean’s Course Prize in Legislation, Administration, and Policy, sat on TRU’s Admissions Committee, and served as an Editor for TRU’s faculty law journal. He also was a finalist in the Hockey Arbitration Competition of Canada, which he now coaches.

Dylan grew up in Campbell River before moving to Victoria in the summer of 2008. Prior to attending law school, he graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2014. In his spare time, Dylan enjoys travelling, golfing, playing ice hockey, and watching NFL games.
